NJAM Strategic Planning Listening Session

Join NJAM as we develop our new strategic plan! 

These listening sessions will be open forums to share your thoughts with the NJAM Board. In both sessions we will discuss the three topics below. You only need to sign up for one if you are interested in attending!

Governance and Financial Stability
We would like to learn if our members and organizations have an understanding of who we are and what we do. We want to represent our community well, so insights and ideas will be helpful when developing the strategic plan.

Programming and Member Services
Next, we will focus on our programming and services. We would like to discuss if/how or services are relevant to the field and what other resources/services that are wanted by professionals.  

Communications and Advocacy
We would like to gauge how we are communicating with our members and the filed at large. We will discuss our current communications and what can be improved, as well as our advocacy efforts.
